These Terms of Use cover your use of this website, waco.dumpsterflow.com, and the calls and text messages described below. Your dumpster rental itself is covered by your Rental Agreement with RedArrow Service, as explained below.

Who We Are

RedArrow Service (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent company that provides roll-off dumpster rental in Texas. We provide every rental, set our prices, and are responsible for your rental.

A marketing service provider based in Brazil (“our marketing provider”) manages this website and some or all of our online ads. It works on our behalf, and it also uses some information for its own business purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy. RedArrow Service pays our marketing provider based in part on the number of rentals that come from this website and our ads.

Our marketing provider owns the web address (domain) of this website, controls the hosting account it runs on, and operates the advertising and analytics accounts it uses for us. It also operates the phone and text line shown on this website for us, and its team may answer calls and texts in our name. Our marketing provider prepares reports for us about our ads, calls, texts, and bookings. It does not rent dumpsters and does not set our prices, although its team may send you quotes based on our prices. It is not a party to your rental. Its team works from Brazil and may access your information from there.

Your Rental Agreement

These Terms cover your use of this website and our text messages only. Your dumpster rental is covered by the terms RedArrow Service gives you or agrees with you when you book, such as a quote, invoice, or rental agreement (your “Rental Agreement”). If these Terms and your Rental Agreement ever conflict about your rental, your Rental Agreement controls.

Information on this website about dumpster sizes, service areas, and availability is general and is not an offer. RedArrow Service confirms your price and rental details when you book. Please ask us about any extra charges before you book.

Most rentals come with rules like these. Your Rental Agreement has the actual rules and charges for your rental.

• Give us accurate details about your project, your address, and what you plan to throw away.
• Make sure the drop spot is safe and easy to reach for delivery and pickup.
• Do not load the dumpster above the rim or over its weight limit.
• Do not put hazardous or restricted items in the dumpster, such as chemicals, paint, oil, batteries, tires, asbestos, or refrigerants. If you are not sure about an item, ask us first.
• Check whether your city, county, or homeowners association requires a permit for the dumpster.

Extra charges may apply for overweight loads, restricted items, extra rental days, or a trip that fails because the drop spot is blocked.

Calls and Text Messages (SMS Terms)

Program: RedArrow Service Quotes and Rental Updates. These are text messages from RedArrow Service about quotes and rentals, sent from (254) 300-9487. Texts for RedArrow Service are sent by Dumpster Flow, our marketing provider, which manages our phone and text line. Separately, RedArrow Service may send delivery, invoice, and payment notices from its own dispatch or billing system. Those notices are not part of this program.

When and what we text you

RedArrow Service may text you when you text us, when you check the optional text box on our quote form, or when you agree on a call to get texts from us. Our texts may be about:

• your quote, including follow-up about the quote you asked for, which may include a limited-time price for that quote
• scheduling, delivery, and pickup
• invoices, payments, and receipts
• customer service

Some texts may be sent automatically. People on our team, including our marketing provider’s team, may also text you in our name. Your consent to get texts from RedArrow Service is only for RedArrow Service.

Marketing texts

We do not send general marketing texts, such as seasonal offers, newsletters, or deals sent to a list. You can ask for a quote without agreeing to receive texts.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any text from (254) 300-9487 to stop all texts in this program. After you opt out, you may get one text confirming it. You can also tell us by text, on a call, or by email at [email protected] that you do not want texts. If you also want to stop the delivery, invoice, and payment notices from RedArrow Service’s dispatch or billing system, please tell us.

Other text terms

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Please do not text us card numbers or other payment card details.
• Because calls may be recorded and transcribed, card details you say out loud on a call may be captured in the call recording and transcript. If you prefer, ask us about other ways to pay.
• Calls to and from our phone line may be recorded and transcribed, and we keep a record of texts. Our phone platform, and AI providers used by our marketing provider, may summarize, read, and classify calls and texts. Our marketing provider reviews them to prepare reports for us and to improve its call scripts, sales guidance, and AI tools, including for other dumpster rental companies it works with, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your mobile information

We do not sell your mobile number or your text message opt-in data, and we do not give them to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with aggregators and providers of the text message services, and with the automation, customer record, email, and website hosting services described in our Privacy Policy, which store your request. When you submit a form on this website, the phone number, email address, and other details you type may be sent in hashed (scrambled) form to Google to measure our ads when advertising is allowed in your browser, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Your phone number and the texts you send us may also appear in the call and text records that our marketing provider reviews with the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy, and in the reports it prepares for us.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you call or text us and how we use it.

Reviews and Feedback

You are free to share your honest opinion about RedArrow Service anywhere, including on Google and other review sites. Federal law protects your right to share an honest review, and nothing in these Terms limits it.

If you send us feedback, you keep all rights to it. You give us and our marketing provider a non-exclusive permission to use it to run and improve our services and our marketing provider’s services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using This Website

Please use this website only for lawful purposes, and do not try to interfere with how it works or how it is secured. The original text, images, and design of this website belong to RedArrow Service, our marketing provider, or their licensors, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

This website uses cookies and similar tools for analytics and advertising. You can accept or reject them in the cookie notice on this website. That choice also decides whether contact details you type into our quote form may be sent in hashed (scrambled) form to Google to measure our ads, as the notice next to the form’s submit button explains. If you visit from California, Florida, Illinois, or Pennsylvania, these tools stay off until you click Accept. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser turns off our advertising tools for that browser in every state. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works.

Website Information

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it may contain errors, be out of date, or be unavailable at times. The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” This section is about the website only. It does not limit any warranty or right you have under your Rental Agreement or under the law.

Limits on Liability for This Website

To the extent the law allows, RedArrow Service and our marketing provider are not liable for indirect or consequential damages that come only from using this website. This section does not limit liability for personal injury, property damage, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law, or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Nothing in these Terms limits the responsibilities of RedArrow Service under your Rental Agreement.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer protection right that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

New Jersey residents. If you live in New Jersey, the sections called “Website Information” and “Limits on Liability for This Website” do not apply to you to the extent they would limit or exclude liability that New Jersey law does not allow to be limited, including liability for negligence, property damage, or personal injury. Those sections also do not limit any right or remedy you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act. Every other section of these Terms applies to you in full.

Texas residents. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits your rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where RedArrow Service delivers, or would deliver, your dumpster. For anything not tied to a delivery, they are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer protection right that the laws of the state where you live give you. These Terms do not require arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version shows its effective date at the top of this page. A change applies only from its effective date and never to a dispute that started before the change. A change to how we text you does not expand what you already agreed to unless you agree again.

If Part of These Terms Cannot Be Enforced

If a court decides that any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest of these Terms stays in effect.
